"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."

"We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. "When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. "Lovely. Fabulous ocean swimming area. Great little breakfast buffet with tables right next to the ocean. I'm vegetarian. Lots of food choices at the buffet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and excellent servers bringing drinks all day. Good snorkeling right at the beach area, lots of fish, a turtle and an eel spotted."
