Enjoy pure Huatulco bliss from this brand new 2 bedroom penthouse condo with rooftop terrace. Located in the Amanecer Coastal Casitas development, this unit offers an abundance of amenities, from its oceanfront location to its luxury interior finishes throughout. Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, it delivers the very best of condo living.   
  
Located directly beside Amanecer's private gated access to Arrocito Beach and to the shared oceanfront pool, you don't have to take many steps to enjoy the most desirable amenities this development has to offer.   
  
Designed by local architect and interior designer, Jorge Herrera, this condo defines chic beachfront living. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area allow for endless ocean views while enjoying time together. The kitchen provides luxury appliances including built-in gas stovetop, range, dishwasher and microwave as well as a large refrigerator. Dining areas include indoor, outdoor and rooftop; all complemented by adjacent lounges.

We didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a home away from home and we loved the simplicity of access to pools and beach. We could have used a tiny more help accessing cab service as we didn’t have a car but getting into town was quick once we had a driver.

#### Well-deserved 5-star rating

This is truly a beautiful unit, with everything you would want in a vacation rental - and more. All the boxes are checked: a good sleep on a comfortable bed with great linens, very well-stocked kitchen, clean everywhere, exactly as described with accurate pictures, etc etc. The views are incredible, and having the rooftop patio is a wonderful bonus, despite already having all the balcony space. We have been to Huatulco a few times before and enjoyed Playa Arrocito over the years... the proximity of Amanecer A3 is one of the reasons we wanted to stay here. If you get up early enough, you can have a magical morning with the entire bay to yourself. The My Huatulco Vacation team were great hosts providing thorough communication before and during our stay, with kudos to Jose Juan and the rest of the property management team making the check-in/check-out process so easy to begin and end the vacation. We also booked our airport transfers with them (which we highly recommend), but because we are familiar with the area, we did not use any of their other services. We had a great trip, and while we try to avoid giving such glowing reviews, the truth is we would stay here again without hesitation.
