"Decent place good price for Guam I think. Kitchen is a bit small but gets the job done. Nice that it’s located centrally in downtown but the neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy. Mostly clean but under the bed was very gross. Overall good for a Guam stay. The owner is very responsive and accomating. The beach is a ten minute walk"

"When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. "went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. "

"I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!"

"Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions. "Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"Robert did an excellent job assisting me at the Front Desk. Due to my last-minute booking, I checked-in later in the evening on 07/17/25. However, Robert went above and beyond communicating with Housekeeping to ensure I did not have to wait for hours to access my room. He was very hospitable and even upgraded my room which I appreciated. Robert took the extra step while I waited in the lobby, to walk to my room and verify that the air-condition temperature was good. Robert and staff also added an oscillating fan in my room just in case I wanted it to be extra cold. My overall experience was excellent! Robert and staff deserve to be recognized for displaying the true spirit of hospitality. Thank you! "

"Stayed here during a port visit in Guam. Wonderful location. Pool overlooking the beach below. Good location on the high street and walkable to ABC stores, restaurants, and other spots of interest. Room was quiet and comfortable with a great view. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rough (storm damage), but the inside was impressive. "
