Beach Access: Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of FREE, PUBLIC beach on 30A. Lily Lane Beach Trail (Bikes and Walking ONLY) is located across from the "Gathering Place". This is a wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave.
San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A and is directly across 30A, but with limited parking.
Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) Beach Access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms.
Just under a mile away, 5-7 minute bike ride to the public beach accesses.

An open kitchen with island and breakfast bar, holds brand new stainless steel appliances. An oversized dining table comfortably seats 10! The living room features a large, flat screen HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating. Step outside to enjoy a large screened in porch with a porch swing big enough to sleep on!
