Place is very nice and good location but we had to deal with a very strong musty smell that never went away. There was a dehumidifier that had to run 24 hours a day and be emptied two or three times a day.
The location was ideal. Just a quick walk to the beach. The condo was really clean and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for a family of four with small children.
Very nice, clean and comfortable condo unit close to ocean. We drove down in two days so we early arriving before 4 pm check in but the leasing company allowed us to enter early which was great for us weary travelers. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Location was spot on for the beach and local eating. The room was very clean with extra towels and blankets. Only complaints is the upstairs neighbors can be heard very easily, no ice in the refrigerator, and the back glass door would not shut.
Our stay at BMB was amazing with Liv! Perfect single bedroom/bathroom with a sleeper sofa! Beautifully decorated and cozy! The patio was calm, quiet, and peaceful! Just a short walk to the beach for some sun or in the other direction to BMB Bakery for the best cinnamon rolls! We definitely recommend this property.
The location was incredibly functional to the needs of my kids and I. We were in walking distance if most restaurants we wanted to go to, especially the Blue Mountain Creamery! We also loved the short walk to the beach access and Adagio where our friends stayed as well. The condo was clean and felt safe! We will come again for sure!
I can't overstate how accessible the beach was from the rental. A very quick walk got our feet in the sand for early morning walks, mid-day ocean swims and evening sunsets! Also close to the bike trail along 30A which we took advantage of for runs/biking and Big Daddy's bike is very close as well. Great little places to eat and close to Water Color and Seaside. The only thing that would have made our trip better was an upgrade to the bed/mattress.
We had a great stay at Whitecap. The check in process was flawless. Condo was very clean and all was in working order. Location is perfect, close to beach, bakery, small grocery, Redfish taco which had live music. Host was very prompt and courteous. Even though this was a four-plex we did not hear a lot of noise from neighbors, it must be well sound insulated. We enjoyed the comfortable outdoor space with table, loungers and a gas grill. We would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to include beach chairs and bikes. Suggest a dresser in the bedroom to store clothes.
Quick (~5 min) walk to the beach and the same to Blue Mountain Bakery. Clean apartment with nice, modern decorating touches and easy parking. Some normal wear and tear but that’s to be expected with a short term rental. The bed was not the most comfortable in my opinion but it was OK. The mgmt company proactively offered me an early check-in (so nice and unexpected) and also touched base the 2nd day of my stay to make sure everything was going OK. Be aware that if the unit above is rented, you can hear them walking around but that wasn’t an issue for me because I apparently stayed up later and got up earlier than them! Overall a great stay for a great value - I’d definitely stay again.
The little condo was perfect for a short getaway; however, as we told the management company, a couple of things would make the stay even better. First, they could provide an electric kettle for those of us who like to drink tea. Second, they should provide filters for the coffee maker. They are cheap and come in packages of 100, which means it would make life easier to a lot of guests before having to buy another package! We left 95 filters for the benefit of future guests.Finally, the smoke detector seems to be a bit too sensitive. We managed to set it off just by toasting bread on setting 3! And it happened very early in the morning. Thankfully, we had no neighbors because otherwise they would have been startled by the piercing noise.
Nice, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen, close to the beach. It was very comfortable for us and we would stay here again. Good, large outdoor space. Everything was very nice, though the management company was non-responsive to email during our stay. We replied to what we now assume was an automated check-in, asking a few questions and making two small requests, but did not hear back. Our issues were very minor and did not impact our stay, but worth mentioning in the event you may have special requests or need something critical. Note the bedroom is small with no room for a dresser, so we did not unpack our suitcases. Again, not an issue, but something we didn't think about/realize initially.
Such a great little spot. Very close walk to the beach. Perfect for 2 people to get away. Back porch sitting area was nice and somewhat private. Owners were great about reaching out before stay and communicating details.

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We only wished we could have seen the water from our condo, but knew that before we arrived. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing any time of day.
Our stay was great! The size of the condo was perfect for 2 adults! Close walk to the beach. We had cable tv issues and Liv did their best to rectify the situation but the cable company was not as responsive. I would love to see a water hose added to a location at the front of the property. We tracked the majority of sand from the driveway because we had to hose off in the back then walk around to the front through the sandy driveway. Maybe there was a hose in front and we missed it? Would definitely stay here again!
