Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and the untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. To get to the beach, it’s a relaxing stroll on tree covered walks, or for a more unique experience March through October pontoon ferry service is available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates you can enjoy 30-A’s 16 mile long bike and running path which leads to boutiques, ice cream shops and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We do not rent to under 25. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. No Pets.
