ALL Carpets HEAVILY soiled
Shower BR#1 didn’t work;shower BR#2 after 2 mins,tub full of standing water.Nasty!
Mold on Kitchen sink faucet
Walls,window blinds,lampshades,dust buildup & hair stuck to doors.
AC filter/vent full of dust.We woke up coughing due to allergens
MISSREPRESENTED SLEEPS 10 COMFORTABLY
Not unless they are small humans.Who wants a toddler on floors in this place?*inadequate bedding-ONLY 3 bed covers,only sheets for other 7 sleeping places*den seating limited to 5 people w/dated,threadbare loveseat; & small 3 cushion couch.Where are the other 5 people to sit?

HF IS WAY OVERPRICED TO THE POINT OF PRICE GOUGING.WE HAVE RENTED ON 30A FOR 25 YEARS;HAVE NEVER BEEN AS SHOCKED/DISGUSTED BY THIS OVERPRICED,OVER-RATED,MISREPRESENTED RENTAL

Prior to booking/arrival,multiple calls to 30aent.Agents,“new owners purchased the unit w/intent to upgrade;pictures not available-upgrades/renovations underway & will be complete before arrival;owners must not have been able to get a photographer to take pictures find pictures on Zillow”
