Easy beach access right across the street. Can sleep 5 but not really room to put stuff for 5 people. We only had two people and it was perfect. We have been staying at Beachwood for years and found it extremely frustrating finding a spot on the beach that was not blocked off for private use. Keep in mind though you only have access to a small part of the beach, as resort owners claim most of it. They will tell you to move. The space was okay, we made it work for 6 people though it was a little tight. Could have been cleaner and was only left with one trash bag for 6 days. I understand the “starter” amenities but one trash bag? No one is going to buy an entire box for their few day stay. Parking was nice as well as proximity to all of the “towns” along 30a. 2 pools and coin laundry on site. Bring your quarters, you’ll need it. We were mostly just there to sleep so it worked, but would not be viable if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo. ##### Tori P.
