Great space for our little family of four. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would have liked an extra towel or two, but we just continued to wash them throughout our stay. We were only disappointed that a small beach tent was included in the listing, however they did not have one and we had to buy one. We left ours at home to save space since we were traveling with a baby and needed the extra space. Another positive, though, was that the bedroom had plenty of space for the pack-n-play. Also a quick walk to the beach was great! The condo is very clean and cozy, equipped with all the cooking utensils that we needed. The beach access is walkable - our 5 year old had no problem walking there and back every day (maybe about 10min). We really enjoyed the pool as well. One thing I would suggest to the owner (that someone already mentioned in the review as well) is that it would be nice to put a blackout curtains in the bedroom - LOTS of light coming through the blinds at night from the street lights and even more with the sunrise early in the morning. The bunk beds are a nice touch. The location was great… only a short drive to 2 nice state park beaches! Our only downfall was very loud upstairs neighbors, but that is no fault of the property manager. And the pool… it is great for littles! It’s only 4ft deep at the deepest and my toddler loved the no entry end! We had an issue with the toilets our first day but they were quick to fix it. The property was a 5 min walk to the beach and near so many places (you will need a car though). Unfortunately the walls were soo thin. We could hear neighbors watching TV during the day and then at night couldn’t sleep because of the upstairs neighbors. I don’t believe they were even being excessively loud but even walking sounded loud at night and they were up and about until after 1 am each night.
