In general, one operational elevator was very disappointing. Need to improve the evening lighting on the boardwalk and pool area-most of it wasn’t working. The pool gate nor the bathrooms were secure either FYI. The future fitness room sounds great. We miss the sauna, and have always wanted a jacuzzi if you have future plans. I missed the very friendly and trustworthy security gentlemen we’ve gotten to know. The new luggage carts were very smooth, but would be nice to have 1 or 2 large ones like previous since we pack much more than a suitcase. ##### Matthew M.
