The check in process was sub-par. Both rooms had lights and fan that didn't work. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. Alcohol bottle left behind curtain. We had to purchase light bulbs to put a light on the bathroom vanity. The fan and light didnt work in the other room, but a floor lamp was provided. I was most annoyed at not EVER receiving a code to check in and kept getting voicemail. We checked in an hour late trying to get the property manager to gain access to our condo. Loved our room, it was clean and had great patio furniture. The kitchen appointments were a bit sparse if you're into cooking. The One Seagrove Place property was SO WELL MAINTAINED. There was always someone cleaning or maintenance being done. The staff was very friendly. Can't rent chairs to be placed on the beach for you, you have to carry them out yourself - just FYI. Fine for us, but unusual in the area. Don't rent bikes until you get there - there is a QR code at check for cheap bikes that are already located on property.
