Great Location and Space for a Group Stay!

The property description was on point for this charming home. We loved the proximity to the beach and Seaside (quick, easy stroll to both), the kitchen and laundry amenities, the spacious shared areas, and multiple cozy porches and patios. Our group had 10 preteens/teens and 5 adults and the home had ample space for all! Any issues we had during the stay were promptly addressed by property management. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Experience

We had a group of 8 guests for a four day stay for a local wedding. Our house ending up hosting 10-15 friends every night to socialize and catch up. Our age was 45+. Many comments about the quality of the house from our guests. The golf cart was a MAJOR bonus. Made beach, dinner and grocery store visit extremely convenient. I highly recommend.

Houston visitors

This property was wonderful for our family, however, you could not see the ocean from anywhere on it except if you were in the very top, standing on one leg, leaning!. The golf cart was a plus in getting to and from the beach though. It was important to let the management know promptly about things that are not right so you won’t be charged.

Perfect Location and Great Pool!

We have rented large houses in Seagrove and Seaside for fifteen years now and this home will be on our list for a future rental. We will be back and this was the best year we have had in Seaside and it is because of this home!

Perfect spring break trip

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 9 teens. It was walkable to beach, Seaside, and Seagrove market, but felt very quiet and removed from the hubbub. The home was thoughtfully appointed with plenty of dishes/utensils in kitchen. Great bedrooms and bathrooms and porches. We enjoyed the pool as well. The management was very attentive and handled a small issue we had very quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Southern Holiday Homes communication

Southern Holiday Homes told me that they sent the contract to me to sign several times and that I did not respond. It is possible that I did not recognize the email sender and deleted them. I receive hundreds of junk emails, many from vacation providers, that I delete. They may not have experienced a non reply previously, but I suggest that if they do encounter a non reply repeatedly that they or Vrbo try another form of communication.

Very easy walk to Beach Access 31. Since it’s a public entrance, you’ll want to get there early to grab a good spot. It’s close enough to Seaside that you can walk as a family without any hassle.We loved this house. The included golf cart was clutch. The pool is more of a cool‑off pool — not ideal for a bunch of kids, but perfect after a long day on the beach.The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials and utensils you’d need.

Wonderful house in Seagrove Beach

We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving at this home with our extended family. It was a beautiful home in a great location. Beautifully decorated as well. The management company also responded quickly with any questions or requests we had. Would love to stay here again!
