It is exactly as described and the pictures do not give it justice! The bed was super comfortable as was the bunks and pull out couch. My daughter slept on both. :) All you need to bring with you are your clothes and sunscreen. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas are all there waiting. There are even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen has all you need if you plan to cook including spices. The beach access is so close and convenient. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony drinking coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening and listening to the frogs at night. It was bright, had every thing you need for the beach . Chairs, umbrella, coolers, it literally was a 2 minute walk from beach, laundry room right outside the door, and great sized carts to bring up luggage. Market, gifts stores, restaurants very walkable. Seaside was a 15 minute ride. No issues with parking at all. Ocean view and so peaceful.
