Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family-friendly complex featuring one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach, surrounded by ample lounge seating. The pool is heated seasonally from March through mid-April. The property is well maintained with landscaped grounds, seasonal flowers, and palm trees throughout.

Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located just 0.2 mile from the complex, about a 4-minute walk or a quick 1-minute bike ride or drive. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers.

You’re just a short walk to the beach, and a beach wheeler cart with balloon wheels is provided to make transporting your gear easier. Located only 1.5 miles from the heart of Seaside, this charming coastal town offers shops, dining, and entertainment within a short bike ride.

Construction Notice:
Beginning Monday, August 24, 2026, Hawthorne Restoration will begin rewrapping the columns behind Building B as part of Phase 1 of the property’s column-wrapping project. This is expected to be a minimally invasive project, though guests may notice minor construction activity in the area. Additional columns will be rewrapped during the off-season, with dates to be announced once the schedule is confirmed.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
