Everything about the stay, including the view, the cleanliness of the condo and amenities included was top notch. My favorite moments are coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the sunrise and after dark when all you hear is the sound of waves hitting the shore. Located 5 minutes from the little downtown seaside area, and the nearest publix. A car isn’t necessary if you plan on staying within the seaside area, a bike or golf cart will do. The condo itself was perfect, our balcony overlooked the beach, we were steps away from the beach, and chair rental was easy. Would recommend for any couple looking to spend some time on the beach! ##### Matthew V. We had a great time and the condo was perfect. The views of the gulf were amazing. We even saw dolphins from our condo. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We liked the location, still close to everything but out of the extreme business of Seaside. If you are good with walking, it's a little over mile walk to Seaside. Aside from the amazing view, we appreciated the thoughtful and intentional design. The person who designed the spaces in this property nailed it! The finishes, the details, the decor, the furniture - it was all perfect and the right way to do beach decor. The winner for us was the big rocking/swivel chairs in the living room. One of those chairs with a blanket and a book was a favorite spot. We had everything we needed to prep and enjoy some of our own meals and enough of the basic supplies, towels, etc. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! ##### Amy P. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again. It was clean, well stocked, easy to access, and had an amazing private beach with chair and umbrella rentals. It’s slightly removed from Seaside, which we loved, but close enough that you can bike over or even walk if you wanted. Fantastic rental from start to finish! We had our young son with us and he fit fine in the bunk beds, but I snuggled him one night and was almost too long for them. I am very picky about where I stay and I usually am disappointed in the cleanliness. Not the case with this condominium. Everything was very clean and neat. The unit was very tasteful decorated. The sofa and chairs were very comfortable, as well as the bed. Loved that they had nice bedding. The down comforters and pillows were a pleasant surprise. The view of the ocean was outstanding and we were very pleased with the location. The bed in the master was not the most comfortable and the AC unit needs to be upgraded so that guests are not asked to turn the thermostat lower than 70 degrees. The condo was quite damp which could be due to the AC unit not being adequate. It definitely needed a dehumidifier as the sheets felt damp and the floors were a bit slippery.
