“The rooms were nice but the shower is not the best. The shower would flood outside the door and telling the staff at the front desk several days to get a maintenance person to fix which never happened. The place itself overall is way overpriced. The manager is never there to address issues that need to be addressed. The housekeeping is outstanding and always tends to anything you need pertaining to more towels or cleanliness. ”

Hampton Inn & Suites is known for this outrageous tactic, keeping pending charges on guests’ credit cards for weeks after checking out. I am filing a complaint w the BBB, NM Atty General’s office and FBI online fraud center. Also, behind this hotel is a dog that barks all hours of the night. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, you will hear and see the dog.……
