The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous.

Atendimento 1000/10! ❤️ Café da manhã muito bom, comida gostosa, e as meninas da cozinha sempre muito atenciosas e delicadas. Estrutura muito boa. A praia de frente não dá para banho, principalmente crianças. Pq tem uma cratera na frente dela. Funcionários muito educados com exceção de um salva vidas que prestam serviço na frente do hotel. Um deles foi incoveniente com minha esposa.
