The accommodation is a 3-room villa called "viletta Letizia" with a total area of 80 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a cozy living/sleeping room with a double sofabed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a TV. This room has direct access to the terrace. There is also one double bedroom. The kitchen area is equipped with a mini-oven, a regular oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as a dining table. Like the living room, the kitchen also provides access to the terrace.

Amenities Included
The villa comes with a shower, a bidet, and a toilet. Gas heating is available, but it can only be used from November 1st to April 15th.
