“Chambre propre et bien aménagée mais un peu compliqué pour nous de faire le check in en ligne avec numéro de passeport.c'était la première fois. Après on reçoit son code par internet et on participe un peu plus au réchauffement climatique......mais bon”

“Conveniently located near a metro stop so you can drop your things and venture out. Very clean and basic with everything you need to explore beautiful Bilbao. Very easy self check-in.”

“Parfait pour famille et séjour touristique. Hebergement très bien situé proche centre-ville et transport. Revêtement des sols vieillissant mais appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil et communication impeccables (francophone)”

“I had a wonderful stay at Letoh Letoh Hotel. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible on foot, making it perfect for exploring the area. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, featuring a Chesterfield sofa that adds a touch of elegance and charm. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms have been beautifully renovated in a contemporary style, combining modern design with comfort and attention to detail. Overall, LetoH LetoH Hotel exceeded my……

“Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything……

“Perfect location right at the entrance of Casco Viejo, there’s is parking place right across the street with a very useful elevator if you are bringing big suitcases. Bathroom doors and wall are made out of glass so not a lot of privacy ;) just something to be aware off”

“Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.”

“First of all, as other guests mentioned in their reviews, the main door to the “hotel” (once inside the building) is neither clearly marked nor explained in the check-in instructions. If it weren’t for another guest (who happened to enter the building as we were confusedly looking around) we would have spent more time than we already had searching for access to our room. The place is more of an average vibe than any decent hotel experience. The room itself has horrible, harsh, cool, bright……

“Yes”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“All good, highly recommended ”

“Buon albergo, personale professionale, colazioni molto deludente.”
