A sólo 4\. 5 millas de distancia de Siesta Key Beach (votado # 1 playa en los EE.UU.), 1 milla de distancia de la Puerta del Golfo de compras y de restaurantes, ya pocos minutos del centro de Sarasota hace que esta casa de playa es dulce el lugar perfecto para su Costa del Golfo vacaciones. Both check in and departure instructions were clear and when we had a problem ( eg accessing Netflix) the host was very quick to reply and very helpful.The weather was too cool to use the pool much but it was heated to a pleasant temperature. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Siesta Beach and many restaurants, grocery and shopping plazas. Your house has by far been the cleanest, most accommodating house. The house was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was also so pristine. The only thing we had a problem with was the grill. It read full tank, but wouldn’t heat up. The plumbing in the main bath drains (tub, sink, and toilet) ran a bit slow, but nothing that was a major problem. We loved every bit of our stay, and didn’t want to go home! This home was a perfect beach lover's getaway. The location was great, less than 15 minutes away, & what a beach! Everything for the beach was included for us, so it was so easy. The pool area & lanai were the perfect place to relax, especially at night. the neighborhood felt safe & quiet. The owners were available for any issues, it was clean & had a real beach vibe. Their home is super clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai where we ate all of our meals and otherwise relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet and neat. The owners were very responsive and attentive to any of our questions and needs. The location, while quiet, is close to shopping and of course, Siesta Key beaches.! ##### Robert M. You hardly saw or heard anyone. The House was equipped with everything you would need for a great beach day; chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kiddos and wagon to haul all items to the beach. The pool at the house was the perfect temperature. The yard is not fenced but, did not have noisy neighbors looking at you. Great outdoor gas BBQ. The owner was amazing with great communication. It felt clean and safe and was centrally located to many attractions, too. It could definitely use some higher wattage lighting and better water pressure in the master shower, though. We had a great three week stay at Maggie and Justin's home. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, the location was ideal (short drive to Siesta Key and close to any store you would need - check out Detwiler's), the screened in pool was perfect., and the neighborhood was quiet. This property is clean, comfortable, and the host provided very well. The kitchen was well-equipped and, there were even some detergent pods and dryer sheets near the washer/dryer. Thank you! I loved the clothes line in the garage. It's hot and dry in there, so suits and towels dry fast for afternoon pool time. Smart. Maggie and Justin’s place is extremely comfortable and peaceful and provides an extremely convenient base for all Sarasota has to offer, particularly Siesta Beach and the more southerly part of the city. Everything was really clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the heated pool was great, the wifi was easy to use and never had a problem (Zoom/Netflix/etc), and the neighborhood was very quiet. I tend to be a light sleeper but never had a problem getting a good night's sleep here, so that's a big plus in my books. Also an easy drive to the beach, plus there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I hope to return one day! ##### Ryan H. My husband and I booked this property for our honeymoon as our cruise got cancelled due to covid. This property was so inviting and clean. It was so perfect with the pool and so much do to all around Sarasota and Siesta Key. The owners truly do make sure everything is perfect, they’re reachable if you need them, and you have everything you need. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone! Maggie was always so prompt with her return messages, and always helpful if anything did come up- and I had ALOT of questions as it was our first VRBO experience. The house is immaculate, & includes everything you could need for a beach vacation, including sand toys for littles! The only thing that we faced was high winds, & the beach umbrella provides couldn’t withstand them (which is NO fault to the host!) so our last day we did rent one from the beach.
