Very spacious townhouse
When we first arrived we were disappointed in how the grounds of the townhouse complex appeared. The grounds need a lot of work to make it appealing. But when we entered the townhouse we realized that it was as described in VRBO, a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. It was obvious that it has been updated and the large open room concept on the ground floor that includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath is great. The upstairs has the largest master bedroom with master bath that we have ever seen in a rental location. Two additional small bedrooms and a full bath for them is on the upper floor along with a laundry cove that has a very modern large washer and dryer. We stayed a little over a month and really enjoyed coming home to it every evening after doing tourist stuff. You can be almost anywhere in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area in 20-30 minutes from this location. A Target store and Publix grocery store are about 10 minutes away. I heard from the townhouse owner that they are working with the property manager to get the grounds appearance improved, so it may look nicer in the future. The townhouse complex is very quiet during the day since most of the townhouses are occupied by working people that are gone during the day, not short term renters like us. Even at night we found it to be a quiet environment.
