"It is very bad experience! The check in time start at 11 am, we arrived 14:30, then nobody in reception and the note on the door said close until 15:30, we wait until 15:30, still nobody there! I called and the one answering the phone said to me to send someone, but no one arrived until 16:30 if ..."
