Front desk staff were very helpful. Night manager was not. There were some safety features that should be added to the bathrooms and lowering the bed base would make getting in and out of bed much easier.

We arrived early and were able to check in. The staff was welcoming and the room is clean and spacious

Great stay except, housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8:20am while we were still in bed. (Thankfully we had the extra door latch open, so they were only able to open the door about an inch ) Not fun to spend the money to get away and sleep in, only to be woken up by a stranger trying to come in our room several hours before check out time. It was weird! I reached out to management via email, but it’s been 3 days and no response. Otherwise a beautiful hotel. Will stay elsewhere the next time we go to OKC.

The hotel was older and dirty especially in bathroom and pool area. Anything that had metal in these areas was rusty. Front desk workers in morning when we checked were more intetested in talking about their personal lives than greeting guests.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sheets had huge stains on one of the beds. Even though they may have been old stains , they should get rid of the stains or the sheets
