The Space:
This listing is for the entire property, both the main house at the street and the carriage house behind it, along with all the outdoor space between them. Nothing here is shared with another group. The main house holds five bedrooms across two floors, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas and a screened porch on the First Floor. The carriage house rises three floors behind the pool, with a living area and wet bar below, a second kitchen and dining area beneath a vaulted beamed ceiling, and a bedroom on each of the upper two floors. ACCESSIBILITY
Main House. Five steps up at the front door, seven steps down from the back door to the patio, hand rails on both. A flight of stairs connects the First and Second Floors.
Carriage House. One step up at the street door, a wooden pathway with a step down at the end, then one more step up at the entrance. Fifteen steps to the Second Floor, then a spiral staircase of thirteen to the Third.
No bathroom has hand rails or bench seating, and carriage house showers have a step up at the entrance. There is no dedicated wheelchair access in either home.

Guest Access:
The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. Both homes, the pool, the patio, and both porches are private to your group.
The Neighborhood:
Our home sits in the Victorian District, a remarkable stretch of lovingly preserved 19th century architecture just south of Savannah's Landmark Historic District. Forsyth Park is a ten minute walk away, with its 1858 fountain and the Forsyth Farmers' Market held at the south end every Saturday. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with bars, restaurants, and coffee shops close at hand and the squares, museums, and riverfront of downtown a little farther on. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
Getting Around:
This is a walkable part of Savannah, with short blocks and Forsyth Park a ten minute walk away. The city is bike friendly with rental outlets widely available, and rideshare is easy to find. There is no off street parking with this listing, but free on street parking is available around the home. Please pay close attention to posted street signs, particularly street cleaning hours, which vary from street to street and are enforced.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
-We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the property is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
-The pool is typically heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day.
-The patio is fenced, but there is no fence immediately surrounding the pool. Children should be supervised at all times.
-Please keep noise to a respectful level out of consideration for our neighbors. The Savannah noise ordinance begins at 9pm.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home's EXTERIOR AND OUTDOOR AREA ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
