Overall, the outside property was beautiful with great Ocean views and quick access to the beach. Enjoyed the restaurant and the pool. Our room however was sub standard and everything about it needed updating and restoring. Our shower and tub had serious problems. The grounds were very good but the building needs a refresh or a renovation.

Beautiful spacious location of the resort. Great pool and hot tub area with new patio furnishings. Spacious suite to spread out in. Linda at the 3rd floor coffee bar is wonderful. The new restaurant 24 is bright and pleasant, and the breakfast buffet has quality offerings / good food and nice staff. Front Desk staff are nice. But.... no towels in our room or in pool area for half of our stay. Dirty and rusting outdoor walkways & stairwells to our room. Appliances and utensils in the kitchenette area in our suite were old and there were no spoons. Pull-out sofa-bed was very lumpy, springy, old, and uncomfortable. Half of the bicycles for guest use are broken. There were 4 of us and not 4 working bicycles for us.

5 stars all the way. Front desk clerk was friendly and accomodating. Room was large, clean, and had 2 doors; one opened to the parking spots, and the other to the pool. Room had TV with around 300 channels, comfy beds, clean carpets, free safe, and cold air. Hotel property is meticulously landscaped, felt like I was in Hawaii! The restaurant had great frozen drinks, and the BBQ Ribs were the best Ive ever had. Beach access is one minute away, and waves were small enough to be able to enjoy the water. Pool was clean and well maintained. What else can I say? Had a great time and hope to return again soon.

The beach was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The game room was a big hit with the kids, keeping them entertained. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Resort in Jekyll. The room was spotless and the bed soooo comfy. Our view was very good from our room. Looking forward to our next stay there!

The hotel had a bit of an old-school vibe, and it showed in the rooms. There were musty smells, some outlets that didn’t work, a TV remote that was broken, and shower fixtures that could use some love. But on the bright side, the property itself looked really nice and had plenty of amenities. For the price, though, I was a bit let down by the room.

While it’s an older property it’s in pretty good condition. The rooms are large and the grounds are nice. The only issue I had was the hot tub was green and the breakfast was not free.
