This apartment is located on the ground level of an impressive row-home that was built in 1869, and has been impeccably preserved to showcase its charm. Enriched with history, guests will be in awe of the original brick fireplaces, exposed beams, and tall ceilings.

Enter through the wrought iron gate, and step into your new home away from home. Stepping inside you'll be immediately greeted by warm tones, comfortable furnishings, and many historic characteristics. The open floor plan boasts with natural light from the large windows overlooking beautiful Taylor Street. Comfort truly reigns at East Taylor Garden Apartment - Curl up with a book on the couch or catch up on one of your favorite shows on the impressive smart-television. Whether you need to answer a few emails or want to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you’ll find plenty of space at the dining room table to spread out. The remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

The cozy bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king bed, a spacious walk-in closet with an ample amount of storage for your belongings, plus an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and vanity with storage below. Out back, off of your bedroom, you'll find the shared, charming courtyard space. The serene space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, or spend your mornings with a cup coffee before starting the day.

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The neighbor is a heavy cigarette smoker so it wafted into the space daily and almost has permeated the space. Because the front windows don't open and are sealed shut, lack of fresh air made ir difficult to enjoy. The place itself is pleasant and as described.
