Jaime’s communication was excellent. The unit was well furnished and it appears it was recently renovated. I checked in late and immediately got ready for dinner. Went to go leave and checked all the windows to make sure everything was locked. Front bedroom window was not locked, so I locked it. Went to the kitchen and one of the windows did not lock at all. Tried all different combinations to lock it but nothing. I texted the number provided (didn’t realize they don’t accept texts, only calls, my fault). I decided not to stay out too long because I was worried about having an entry point vulnerable. The next morning when I checked out, I called the phone number and spoke with a woman and let her know the issue. She said she would let the owners know. It’s the same day, so not expecting to hear back today, but hopefully I will.
