We LOVED our stay at Hot Springs Inn! We were warmly received at the reception desk and the ladies there were very happy to help us locate a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! We loved the sound of the river right outside our room off our balcony. We walked to town both nights we were there. Great restaurants and coffee shops! The town is so picturesque...like right out of a Hallmark movie! You must visit Ouray and Hot Springs Inn...

Very clean and very comfortable!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff member that checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. We were just passing through for a night so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything they offer but we will definitely be back. The room was very clean (not a speck of dust!) and the beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable.

I can’t say enough about how enjoyable my stay was. I stayed for two nights. Everything went great, from the check-in, to the communication from the staff, to the jeep rental, to the location. It was just a pleasure. I stayed in one of the hotel rooms (as opposed to the cabins). It was really clean and had all the amenities I needed in that price range. Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.

Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again

Planned a surprise getaway for my husband’s bday, and booked a King Suite w/private hottub on orbitz. Well they royally screwed up the booking and the hotel has us down for only a standard queen room. Orbitz was a nightmare to deal with to get this sorted, and my weekend would have been ruined if it weren’t for the front desk agent, Darcie, at Chipeta. What a saint! We came in late at night and were climbing Mt Sneffels at 5am the next morning. This nicely renovated hotel on the main street in Ouray was the perfect place to stay. Nice views of the mountains, great location, and although the front desk is open limited hours--the people working there are very welcoming and very helpful. I will come back!

Wonderful hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful room. Breakfast was a bit overstated; just bread that could be toasted and fruit. We’ve stayed here twice and would stay here again.
