"We rented for a week, check in and check out procedures were easy and contact with the host was quick. The home is in an excellent location, Mountain Village, outside the commotion of Telluride. We could sleep with the windows open as it was so quiet. Also, the grocery store in Mountain Village is far superior to the one in Telluride. The home is perfect for two people but could be tight for two couples. The ground floor living area is small as the garage takes up much of the space. Upstairs, the sleeping area and bathrooms are more than adequate. For consideration, concerning the garage, it is small. Our Hyundai Santa Fe barley fit. If you are flying in, and renting a car, you will not be able to fit a larger SUV into the garage. The neighbors had a Toyota 4Runner and had to park outside. On the downside, there was no BBQ grill as suggested. The kitchen stove is well used and we could smell un-burned gas when using the oven. Also, there were no kitchen towels or even a dish sponge. Overall, we did have an excellent experience."

"*Summer Review* This property is located on the third floor with no elevator and can be difficult at night with lighting. There is no AC so it can get hot in summer months, but there are fans you can use however, a lot of the windows do not have screens to open them. The kitchen has pans for cooking, but not a lot of options so we had to use multiple pans to cook food for a family of 6. There are no storage containers to keep leftovers so if cooking pick up some. This is a great location for winter, but in the summer the Chondola is closed so you need to use the bus or drive to the Gondola and take it over to Mountain Village to catch the Free Gondola. There is also a playground nearby for kids to play at. All in all great option for lodging, I would rent here again just certain things to know about."
