"Very quiet "

"The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay"

"The Hotel was exactly as described. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and attended to all our needs. The room was super clean as well as all the facilities. The restaurant was outstanding too! I highly recommend. "

"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "

"Great place to stay for a large group of people. Plenty of space and amazing views! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Dial a ride was great for getting around Telluride. Highly recommend this property. "

"This was our second year here during ski season with four kids ages 5-11. The home is beautiful and in close proximity to Mountain Village. The owners graciously allow their guests to use their personal ski locker at the base of the mountain for free, which is a tremendous benefit that made our days easier and saved us about 500 on what the Telluride Ski Valet would’ve cost. Tobin also happened to be my 11 year old daughter’s ski instructor at Ski School one day and she loved him and said he was so nice (thanks again Tobin for giving her poles!). All in all, we had great trips on both occasions and would strongly encourage anyone to stay here….its a Very nice and comfortable home and the price and amenities cannot be beat!"

"The good - simple transportation to the slopes. Large house to fit our family. The bad - where to start? Wrong internet instructions wasting over an hour of our time when checking in; pet fur on the carpet and clearly not well prepared/cleaned as our family - who have dogs - couldn’t stay comfortably in the home due to horrible allergies; perhaps a cat was allowed in? Ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. Two house showings while we were staying there. Driveway and sidewalks not shoveled so they were packed with melted ice and snow, so much so that our parked SUV literally slide down the driveway into the street. There were tampons and small trash frozen into the end of the driveway. We were very bummed that what should have been a great place based on location and price was so disappointing. "

"This house was fabulous for our ski team. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of beds, huge hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Quick driveto both Mountain Village and downtown Telluride. Would recommend highly for a big group. Beautiful views from the living room and porch."

"This vacation home was incredible—spacious, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight, and we loved having elk wander up near the house. It’s conveniently located close to many activities, and the host was wonderful to work with, with great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!"
