“Viele schlechte Bewertungen !!?? Ich muss sagen weiß nicht warum ? Es stinkt nicht, Zimmer sind sauber, kein Schimmel im Bad etc. Das Hotel ist für den Preis sehr gut. Das Baugerüst draußen soll heute verschwinden. Außen und innen ist alles erneuert worden. Fahrradraum vorhanden und Frühstück im Bäcker 3 Minuten entfernt. Ich empfehle.”

“The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. “到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验”

“剛好飯店在火車站對面左邊..拉行李.3分鐘就到了.街道乾淨..到景點區/聖母堂.溫茲格宮等.王宮..只要搭電車7號.約10分鐘內可到達景點區/溫茲格宮.歌劇院.王宮很方便..因為「電車站」.就在門前方向..所以偶爾會聽到「電車」駛過.但不會吵..沒有汽車經過..晚上9點後人較少..可能因為冬天遊客少了點..很安靜 櫃檯人員熱心告知要搭的電車.也可寄放行李 16坪空間適合..有床燈.桌燈.沒有天花板電燈.有點小暗..但無妨礙”

“The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. ”

“They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.”
