Struttura molto pulita, con personale estremamente efficiente, cortese e simpatico. Camere arredate in maniera classica, quasi vintage. Alcuni accessori avrebbero bisogno di un po' più di manutenzione. Bagno ristrutturato di recente con accessori di qualità, molto apprezzata l'ampia doccia. Si sente la mancanza di qualche superficie di appoggio, come mobiletto bagno o mensole. Eccellente il ristorante dell'hotel, con ampia scelta di portate particolarmente ricercate ed iriginali, tutte servite con stile, ad un costo in linea con gli altri ristoranti della zona. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Albergo chiuso
Arrivati davanti alla struttura era tutto completamente al buio è chiuso. Chiamato un numero sulla porta ci veniva detto che l'albergo era chiuso per lavori e che non sapevano che ci fosse la mia prenotazione. Dopo 5 minuti è arrivata una donna che aperto il computer dell'hotel ha constatato la nostra prenotazione quindi ci ha proposto di andare in un altro albergo o li a Scanno o a Pescasseroli alle stesse condizioni. Il giorno dopo al pagamento c'è stato chiesto un supplemento di €5 perché avevamo un cane cosa che all'altro albergo non c'era stato richiesto. Inoltre abbiamo visto che la camera a Pescasseroli costava €55 mentre la camera a Scanno ne costava 61 euro. Purtroppo non ho effettuato io il check out e non ho potuto ribattere i €10 che abbiamo pagato in più dopo che c'era stato un errore da parte loro. Non so di chi è stata la colpa ma so solo che con un così grave disagio che abbiamo avuto potevano comportarsi in maniera diversa.

Servizio colazione gradevole Stato della hotel scarso, camere tenute male. Interruttore del lume del letto disastrato, filo elettrico sotto il letto con nastro isolante, in bagno nessun piano di appoggio e/o mensola, se non uno sgabello. Anche nel vano doccia nessuna mensola o porta sapone. Niente di niente. Tenda della finestra esterna macchiata. Lampade ad incandescenza e a neon antidiluviane.
