Despite being an elderly building, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts of a very high standard, with friendly, attentive service. Parking (as everywhere in the town) can be difficult, but loading and unloading is permitted outside the hotel and car parks are within easy reach. Situated near to the beaches, the shopping areas and the theatre, the hotel has a refined atmosphere with very efficient, friendly service all round. The breakfast is served in elegant surroundings with a very enjoyable variety of options, making for an overall extremely pleasant stay. (Told on departing) The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Only down side was the parking very closely pack in to the point that we didn't think we would get back in. Which I dont think it is there fault.
