"Friendly staff that are more than just good at what they do, at least everyone I has the pleasure of interacting with were knowlegable, I was impressed with everyone I interacted with was intelligent that they understood the unique needs I required simply by the way I had booked the rooms, and didn't require an instruction manuel which is a first for me of many other properties i stay."

"We had a great experience at this property.From the time we arrived until we left.The front desk people were fantastic.We arrived a little early coming from Niagara with our little man .We ask for them to keep our bags until we return from Toronto.To our surprise our room was ready! Thank you ! We walked in to a nice and clean room.Nicely decorated with a nice view .We didn’t have time to eat breakfast.But we went for the complementary drink and snacks all great at the restaurant .Always before 6:30pm .We don’t recommend the pizza.Hey ! everything else was great .We will be back for sure ! Thank you "
