The customer service at this hotel is extremely poor, and the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. It appears that the type of customers who stay at this hotel may not meet the expected standards. Considering the price of the room, it would be more reasonable to stay at a higher-rated hotel located a bit farther from the airport. I have no intention of returning to this particular hotel.
