There were gapping holes in the wall in the bathroom that I stuffed with Kleenex because I was worried someone was watching me. I asked for a balcony to sit on and was given a room that was over the roof and had stacks as my view and couldn’t even fit a chair if I wanted to. Again, I was told I had an upgrade. If that’s your upgrade, that is terrible. In the evening I went to purchase water on through separate occasions. Two of the staff were kind and provided it for free, a small kind gesture. The other staff, the same that told me I had an upgraded room charged me for the water. Inconsistent "
