The outside space is very relaxing and enjoyable, but know that it is not fenced, nor is it particularly kid friendly due to some uneven surfaces that are about 6 feet up from the beach. Excellent and eclectic records collection. It is close the restaurants (walking distance) and on the beach. Recommend it for anyone."

"Such a beautiful area of Puget Sound! Gorgeous view of the water with Edmonds across the Sound. Low tide is like being inside the Touch Tank at the aquarium. Abundant with marine life! The beach at high tide is sandy and lovely to walk on or sit and enjoy the view with otters, sea lions, osprey, etc. Also, very quiet and peaceful. The house is older but comfortable and clean. We loved our stay there."

There were no instructions inside the home, so we were on our own to figure out how to lock the door when leaving the house, how to use the tv, and how to run the heater. The bathroom seems to be a work in progress based on the building materials on the side of the house. Some improvements are still needed.
