Clean, great location to Ballard, coffee shop and restaurants so close, nice neighborhood (safe). The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well equipped and quiet. We met Monica and she is a sweetheart. ”

All the beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for a trip to downtown or a leisurely day in Ballard. There is nothing I would change about this property. It is meticulously decorated in a comfortable way that makes you feel at home. If I could give it more than 5 stars I could. ”

“The bed was comfortable, the TV was OK. Almost everything worked. Problem with the heating cooling unit but a heater was left there and we used it. The Keurig coffee maker has a problem. Nice room.”

“We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... We look forward to our time in Washington every year...

“Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! They could use updated toilets, those short little toilets they have are brutal for taller people. We would try again if in area. Great coffee shop a couple...
