"Great property for vacation. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Property was very clean, and had everything you need for cooking, grilling, etc.. Short walk to the beach from the cottage. Also, short drive to restaurants, and grocery store. It rained a couple of days, but it was nice sitting on the front porch and relaxing, enjoying down time. "My family of 6 felt like we were “home”. This property has everything you need and more. All of the comforts of home plus all of the pool and beach toys you could dream up. We enjoyed the size of the home at 94 Pelican Glide as we all had our own bedroom, and shared the screened in area overlooking the pool. The fire pit is roomy, and has awesome seating. We had a cool night and it was perfect. It did take a minute to dig in the sand to find the gas turn-on/shut off valve at the base of the fire pit. Lots of games to play outside and inside as the property was well equipped for hanging out. The bikes were a great touch as it seems like how most folks get around in the local area. The golf cart took us to dinner once but we didn’t use it much as we preferred our own vehicles when traveling to the restaurants we made reservations to. This really isn’t the golf cart community like Sand Destin so it was nice to have but not needed for us. We found the area to be upscale and very beautiful. I hope that your family will give Jennifer and her property strong consideration."

"Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!"

"The description accurately depicts this lovely beachfront property. The home is cozy and clean and so inviting. The back porch is shaded and protected during rain and the living room is delightful if ever you don’t want to be out on the beautiful white sandy beach! In addition to all the amenities listed there were lots of other small touches that made the stay even nicer, plenty of dish washer soap, lots of towels, extra paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. Internet, spacious closets and storage. The host checked in on us and was super communicative and helpful. Definitely worthy of a repeat. Hoping to get a chance to do that soon."
