"The building itself belies the quality inside of this unit. The exterior looks like a 90s Spanish-style building, nothing special. However, the rear of the property is extremely well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The beach is only a set of stairs away. Inside the condo is where this place sings. Dang-near brand new everything. Very cute and understated decorations. Very good furniture and tvs. Showers were alright, nothing great, but zero complaints. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and very organized. We would return to this location again."

"We spent five glorious days and 6 wonderful nights at Joy on the beach. This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home and we could not have been happier. The beach was beautiful, our chairs and umbrella were set up and waiting for us each morning. The grounds were kept immaculately and the keypad gate to access the beach was easy to use. We all enjoyed the fact that the condo had a coded keypad instead of keys! This is a wonderful place, lots of space, lots of comfortable beds, updated bathroom, kitchen and laundry, you really couldn’t ask for more. Steps from the beach and steps from the road to take you to the shops. BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo!"

"This property had lots of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, reading on the screened in porch and sitting on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only shortcoming was the more than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach and the 53 steps down to access the beach (and back up on the way home). That's a little far with a one year old. We quickly purged items we decided we're not a necessity to carry to the beach. The beach was beautiful!"

"We had an excellent stay at LUV by the sea. Everything with the house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and the cart provided was a huge help in carrying down all of our chairs and toys. We took the short drives over to Seaside and Rosemary for dinners. We also utilized the bikes to ride down to Rosemary as well. Overall, this house worked great for our two families."

"This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. Comfy indoor furniture and a large dining table for dining, puzzles and/or game night. Loved that it's all one level as well. Easy parking for 2 cars that lead right up to the entrance. While I didn't make use of the bicycles or beach chairs, I appreciated that they were there. Also, the Owner was a wonderful resource for everything and answered any question I had immediately. He even made out a list of favorite restaurants and what cuisine they served and where they were located. Great location on 30A as well, with good access to Publix, dining and shopping. 10 out of 10!!"

"Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. So dont forget something and need to run back! Mistral 18 is very well furnished, bathrooms are large and showers are beatiful. Mistral 18 ensured we had a stress-free vacation."

"This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again."
