“The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!”

“Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff.”

“The manager and the girl who checked us in they’re very polite and nice, the next day was a girl she had like a pink hair. I asked her for a hand soap and she said it’s not mandatory to have a hand soap in the bathrooms. 🤔🤔 and not only that the shower curtains had mold. They never been changed , and I feel even the sheets were never changed and good thing. I have my own sheets and blankets and cleaning products , and going back to the soap That was kind of odd and weird cause every hotel have……

“I love Hotel Indigo! This was the third Hotel Indigo property I’ve stayed at and they are always lovely. The room was very spacious and the bay view was the best part! The breakfast was amazing per usual. The pool was also really nice and relaxing. This location is perfect. Not directly in the mix of everything, but close enough and directly on the marina!”

“Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn.……

“The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate……
