Sealevel Vacations from $678

Upon check-out this morning I was informed that 3 other guests also complained about the dire conditions… My room had a damp feeling - took forever to feel dry after a shower, the floor felt tacky/dirty and was slippery, and who knows what was sprayed all over the headboard. Sad and grimy. No housekeeping - even when I requested it - so ran out of towels. The halls were never cleaned either. I never saw any evidence of an available breakfast and the bar was unmanned and so looked closed all the time. Sofas in the rooms were being replaced, so upgrades are happening, but the whole hotel needs an overhaul. I paid $15 per night in a resort fee and feel cheated. The only pluses were the free coffee and the front of house staff who were all lovely. Special shout out to Hanna, who recognized the disappointment. As a solo traveler I don’t do much in the evenings and it was really unpleasant spending my time in my grimy room. Just don’t.

The resort was awesome! We only wished we were staying longer. The beds were firm but comfortable.
