Beautiful Cozy Cabin
This cabin was a bit further from Searcy than I was hoping for, but was well worth the little drive. Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. The cabin was clean, delightfully decorated, well stocked with necessities, and homey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely place.

Perfect
My grandparents and I were here for a funeral for a family member. The owners were very understanding of myself having a service dog which made the stay even easier. After a stressful day for us it was so nice to cone to a place that was even better than the online pictures. My service dog and i stayed on the porch for hours and watched a storm rolled in. We highly recommend and will be back when we come visit family again.

Great cabin
We booked this cabin for the solar eclipse. It was away from everyone else so it was pretty quiet. There are nearby towns that we went to for hiking, biking, kayaking, and shopping. The cabin was a good size for 2 adults and our dogs. It was clean, comfortable, and had pretty much everything you could possibly need.

Peaceful cabin
This cabin was a quiet and quaint place to relax. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a little explanation of how to use the heat/cooling control. We had a little trouble with that, but it was definitely not an owner issue. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a relaxing place to land on a busy weekend with our Harding student.

Hidden Little Gem
Exactly as described. Clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. Took the kids to Arkansas to hunt ducks, everyone had a blast. This property was perfect for what we needed and very fairly priced. We would definitely book again. 20 minutes from Searcy, you can access any need with a trip there.

If you've forgotten something, it's probably there! Clean and well organized. A little cabin in the country that says, "Welcome". I hope it is available the next time I visit the area.

If you’re on the fence- book it!
Booked this property for a one-night getaway with some friends. Jan was incredibly responsive and kind, and the property is just darling! The cabin is so cute and clean, and we really enjoyed the fire pit and morning coffee on the porch (bonus because it was raining and there’s just nothing like that sound of a tin roof!) The girls raved about the house our entire stay, we could not have been more blessed by a property! 10/10 would recommend.

This cabin exceeded my expectations
My sister and I were visiting my nephew at Harding University and needed a home away from home. This cabin was close enough to Searcy and several river walks. The cabin was clean, the owners were responsive and my every expectation was met. A few notes: if you plan on utilizing the kayaks, call ahead and make plans to transport them to the river (lots of services available). The location was quiet, approximately 13 miles from Searcy and beautiful. We saw a small herd of deer crossing the property one poetic morning. I will likely stay here again the next time I visit my nephew and recommend the location to you, dear reader.

Clean and Cozy
The cabin was cute and clean. It had welcoming touches without being cluttered. The front swing relaxed us with the amazing sunset, or morning munching from the neighborly cows. Hosts were so accommodating when we needed to check out later. Thank you!

Quiet Contentment
Our family (Papa, Mama, Seven Year old, Two Labs, found this wonderful place on the way home from Exploring Arkansas. We had an extra evening and needed a place. Arrived right at check in time and still were able to do an hour float on the Little Red with our canoe, Bumper work with the dogs in the field, and Supper at the Mercantile in Pangburn. The house is very clean and has lots of special touches. Property manager is very accessible. We are definitely adding this to our loop next year BUT with more days to float the river and spend more time in Pangburn! Couldn't be happier with this visit.

Cozy and Comfortable
We were in town for a family reunion. This was the perfect place for our family. It was close to Searcy and Heber Springs. The cabin was cozy and clean with a lot of outdoor space, and not real close to neighbors. The porch was wonderful to sit on and have a cup of coffee. Jan was very accomodating and quick to respond, although we had no issues. Jan thought of everything! There were lovely touches like homemade local jams and farm fresh eggs. There were even extra toothbrushes and toothpaste available. Kayaks were provided, although we didn't get a chance to use them. It was great!
