We agree with all of the favorable reviews of this property. The owners were very friendly and, for us, the location was ideal (we were visiting a son whose apartment was just blocks away). The place is within walking distance of the Woodland Park Zoo and its gardens -- a nice place to stroll in the mornings. But a couple of caveats: as others have noted, there was construction next door (and across the street) while we were there. That's not the fault of the owners, but it is what it is. Seattle also got warm while we were there, and the top-floor unit got toasty during the day. Finally, while the property is advertised as sleeping 6, once the numbers get above 4, things start getting tight (particularly in the kitchen, which has only 4 settings). One plus is that on-street parking was easy, even with a Grand Caravan!
