Hotel is very basic, not many amenities, but very clean. Breakfast is minimal. Rooms are basic but very clean and simple.

It’s a bit further than expected from Seattle, but we were still able to do all the activities we wanted in the city. Nice room and facilities, and low prices for each night stay. Parking and breakfast was included in the price, which was nice. Nice bathroom and nice bed.

Made reservation in the Best Lynwood Inn because it is close to an activity I've attended and close to the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry. Was impressed: Housekeeping excellent - very clean, much better than what you often find in top-brand hotels. Clean, newly renovated bathroom, and - not the least important, - the first Hotel I've been where the light over the sink is actually a good sufficient light (Men who shave or women that put makeup on will appreciate that). The Building with the rooms is completely remodeled, everything is in good shape. Spoke to one of the team members at the front desk: The property is owned by a small management team, managed very much like a family business. For a location on a busy commercial street (Hwy 99 in Lynnwood), one would not expect such a great place to stay. So - it is clearly an "insider's tip". One advice though - (not a criticism, but) - add a cabinet as a closet into the rooms - there is enough space for that. Next to the entry in the rooms. Thanks a lot to the management and the entire staff.

It is pretty well maintained and in some ways is a hidden gem. The doors are pretty thin so you hear all the movements in the hall and when doors slam shut all the doors shake a little. Check in was very smooth.

The hotel is old, though somethings were renovated. It feels compacted. No lounge room, simple coffee in the morning. Coffee places around abound and some really good. Rooms are rather small. Cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. The rooms appear to have been updated recently and the decor is pleasant. The bed was very comfortable (unlike a lot of hotels that seen to go for very firm mattresses, these seemed firm but with memory foam toppers that made them much more enjoyable to sleep on). Overall this is a really nice place to stay and I'm sure we'll be back the next time we're in the area!

It was a last minute request and I had asked to check in early, which usually places won’t entertain the thought, but she was super nice and for $20 extra I checked in at 11:30. It was an easy transaction, simple, pleasant and I would stay there again.

Reserved an upper floor single room via Expedia as heat retreat in early July w/ stair access to upper floor rooms. Per request for evening shade, stayed in rm 218 which overlooked a business with an outside security camera opposite the room’s window. I just kept the curtains drawn at night, as range of camera lens was uncertain. I didn’t hear my neighbors since I only shared 1 interior wall. Flat screen TV offered HBO movies and ass’t local/ cable stations. Ben checked me in and greeted me by name each morning at the grab n go brekkie bar. Coffee/ tea/ toast/ sausage egg muffin/ flavored yogurt/ cold cereal were the most recent offerings. Coffee available in lobby until 7pm. Parking was secure and found a shady spot to park vehicle in their lot. I appreciated the effort put into updated finishes in my room. The lightweight furniture made it easy to customize the layout to suit my needs. Unfortunately, the AC plug/ USB ports in both bedside lamps weren’t functioning. Light bulb in the lamps worked, though. Water pressure more than adequate for shower/ baths. Lo-flow toilets flushed! A/C/ fan kept me cool throughout my stay. The screened window even opens completely for air circulation. The one double bed was moderately firm. There is a coin operated laundromat in neighboring northbound pod mall and, at next light, discount Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree for last minute items. The fridge had a nice sized freezer compartment for keeping ziplocs of ice intact (and ice cream)!!
