It's 1 of 4 units fenced together in a single property. Each unit has 3 queen size beds in 3 rooms with closets, 1 sofa bed in a study room with no closet, and 1 sofa bed in the living area. Fans are available in the bedrooms, and AC in 1st floor open area. It is 5 minutes from the Renton Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza with stores, restaurants, services & a multiscreen movie theater. \*\* Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! \*\* \*\*\* The city is doing street improvement construction from now until Fall 2021\. It might cause loud noise during the day.
