Welcome to our newly renovated 4b2b house in Renton! This elegantly decorated, newly renovated, modern-designed home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. With 4 bedrooms and 5 beds (4 queens, 1 air-mattress), it comfortably accommodates large groups. The home features 2 bathrooms and spans above 2000 sqft. Situated in a 2-story layout, there are a few steps leading to the entrance, adding charm to the overall design!

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 8 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.

- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.
