  • Ballard 3 BR/1.75 bath in prime location. Light & open with southern exposure & big picture windows. Living room upstairs and family room downstairs both with fireplace and cable TV. Living room has a pull out couch that can sleep an additional 2 people. New main bath, wood floors. Large private fenced backyard equipped for grilling. Located next to a park, coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. Just 12 blocks away from Market Street, Ballard Locks, Golden Gardens Park/Shilshole Marina.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Ballard. The house was very clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and responsive when we needed to contact them. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location and very cozy house. It was barely a five block walk to anything in Ballard including downtown and the farmer's market.

The property was fantastic with a lot of charm. It was well furnished and very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well furnished and had all we needed to cook and make the stay very pleasant. It’s Seattle in the fall so we did not get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked but it was a large backyard that would have been great for dinners or a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.

The house was immaculate, and well appointed. Ideally located from very hip Ballard. Our host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out and everything very easy. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location and great amount of space

This was more space than I normally need in Seattle, but it is so perfect. Having it's own parking space really takes off a lot of stress, but the street itself also had tons of room in you plan to have any visitors or have two cars. It was a lovely stay at Melissa's place!

Great Stay in Ballard

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was terrific, with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware etc. I needed to contact the host once during our trip and she answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Family Birthday Celebration

Our two day stay allowed my wife and I and our two granddaughters and their parents to be present for a first birthday celebration of our newest grandson. Our granddaughters were excited to celebrate this and they thoroughly enjoyed the property. Our 3 year old said she "loved this house."

Great location. House very comfortable, Three full bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen well equipped . Linens and towels great and plenty of them. Lots of tv's Quiet neighborhood We had a great time with extended adult family. Would rent again.

Incredible location

Property has a lot to do for kids, assortment of games great home layout, next to a few parks and minimal traffic to city center but outside of the bustle. Very walkable neighborhood. There were a few issues with the property but the hostess was easy to get in touch with and fixed things immediately. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and it was a great location. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We did have trouble with the front door lock a couple of times, but you can also go in and out of the back door. One other thing was you cannot run the living room AC and both the units in the upper bedrooms at the same time. It trips the breaker. The weather while we were there was unusually warm, so I’m sure it’s not something that happens frequently, but it did happen to us. Again overall, it was a great place to stay and a great location.

Lovely home to gather with family!

We felt very at home for the week- a chance to be in Ballard with our son and his family. His brother and his family joined us with their two girls and we were able to enjoy activities over Thanksgiving together with ease. Our son’s house was just a few minutes walk away. 👍 The home was ideal for us, nicely presented, very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Amazing home in Ballard

We had the most amazing visit at Melissa’s rental home for a friend’s wedding. There was plenty of space for four of us to have privacy and also come together and hang out in common areas. She had thought of anything you might need while at her home and has stocked up! The local wine, snack mix and chocolate were such a sweet touch as well! You will not regret booking this space for your Seattle trip!
