“The accommodations at Twin Ponds were great. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time, so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. “First, this property was sooo clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and they even provided extra blankets in the closets! The kitchen has lots of amenities if you are staying awhile and cooking. The apartment gets great lighting, there’s no noisy neighbors and the heater is amazing! Love how close it is to downtown where everything is. We went to a local bar for dinner “the social goose” where the staff was friendly and food was amazing! Over all. “This property is in the perfect location to take in Boothbay Harbor. Right across from the boat docks in the center of town. Many very nice casual restaurants and shopping are nearby. Steve and Julie made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was absolutely as described. Would definitely stay again!”

“We have been in love with this spot for years , It is beautiful serene restfull neat and clean and has the best hosts , This year there was an additional sitting area higher up next to the apt which was wonderful . We love sitting on the red chairs right near the ocean and we also love sitting by the apt in view of the ocean with the sounds of nature in our ears , One cant ask for more ,we hope to be back again and again ”

“This was our 5th visit to Boothbay as a family and our 2nd stay at this property. We absolutely love the central location, the house has everything you need, clean, and a/c units if needed. Oh and washer and dryer which is essesntial when traveling with kiddos in my opinion. I did notice some other mentioned the stairs to get up to the condo which didn’t bother us at all BUT could deter someone if stairs are a problem. We will be back!!! Thanks for hosting us!”

“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ……
