Adult pool was closed for renovations. I get it. We used the hot tub at the family pool. Families were allowing their “not yet potty trained” small children in the hot tub. And as you can imagine, the worst happened. Code brown! There really should be a minimum age requirement for the hot tub and parents need to exercise some common sense.

Poor service no drinking water in the room no lotion when we ask for lotion it they brought body washing We payed extra for breakfast but they hand you the menus so you can order only the amount you payed , the charges are high $7 a small cup of coffee (doesn’t taste like coffee) no free refills They very cheap !if you’re coming from USA don’t expect what you use too in the USA ! It’s so expensive and not worth it the money !

Very convenient location. Typical big city downtown crowd. Some homeless on the streets but nothing made me worry.

Comfortable bed. Good location.

Whistler is absolutely beautiful. Add to that the Sundial, and you are in for a special time. Rooms are clean. Amenities are great. Location is at the center of the action, (just feet away from the lifts, shops and restaurants) Million dollar views from the windows in your room... Check all the boxes. Honestly, all the above exceeded my expectations, but what impressed me most of all, was the staff. Everyone of the staff I met were 100% professional, and genuinely cared about my well being and satisfaction. Not just pertaining to the Sundial, but with my stay in Whistler. I would recommend the Sundial to anyone who wants to live like a king, if only for a short while. Special shout out to Erica, Ava, Cameron, Roxy, and Gemma. Thank you, for making my stay special, and I left feeling recharged, and glad that I met each of you.
