"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Staff were friendly and professional especially the gentleman who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out. Room was a good size for a short break, the bed was comfortable too. Metro/Bus & Train station are a 5 min walk. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the freshly made breakfast omelette’s were excellent and meats & cheeses were delicious."
