"Great stay for our family! The property offered privacy in a quiet wooded area surrounded by nature. Check-in was effortless, the kitchen was stocked with all the needed plates and pots, wi-fi is available but rather slow, hot-tub was clean, and firewood was provided. The home was well maintained and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the daily visits from the family of deer. "

Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. "The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting. Some of the storms made it more buggy so bring your bug spray. Overall, we LOVED our week away. "
